- Currently, we only have delivery within Dubai.
2. Delivery Days:
- At the moment, we only provide deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays.
- All orders are processed and delivered on these days.
3. Shipping Fees:
- For orders over AED 100, delivery is free.
- For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of AED 15 applies.
4. Shipping Method:
- We use refrigerated delivery methods to ensure that your ice cream and dairy products arrive fresh and cold.
5. Order Tracking:
- After placing your order, you can track it via WhatsApp using the number listed on our website.
6. Potential Delays:
- In case of any special circumstances such as holidays or severe weather conditions, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
